Oak Side Haven Respite & Day Services is a small, residential respite care home located in Portage, Indiana. Our home is designed to feel just that — like home.
We specialize in short-term respite care for seniors and adults who benefit from a supportive, supervised environment. Whether care is needed for a few hours during the day or overnight, our goal is to provide compassionate support while maintaining dignity, comfort, and respect.

Oak Side Haven Respite & Day Services offers non-medical supervision and support in a residential setting. Our services are designed to assist with daily routines and provide a safe, supportive environment during short-term stays.
We do not provide medical care, nursing services, or medical treatment. Any medical needs must be managed independently or through outside healthcare providers.

Guests have access to comfortable shared living spaces for relaxation, conversation, and social engagement. These areas provide a welcoming environment for rest, television viewing, and daily interaction in a safe, supervised setting.
Recreation & Activity Space
