No. There is no fee to submit a New Resident Application.

Applications are typically reviewed within a few business days. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?
Oak Side Haven Senior Living is a private-pay community. We do not accept Medicaid or insurance for residency.
What services are included in the monthly rate?
Our monthly rate is all-inclusive and includes meals, daily support, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and community amenities.
Can I tour before submitting an application?
Yes. Tours are encouraged and can be scheduled before or after submitting an application.
What if my loved one needs more care later?
We assess each resident’s needs during the application process and continue to monitor care needs to ensure safety and comfort.
