Residents have access to third-party nurse practitioner services through Wade’s Care First. These medical services are provided independently and are billed directly through the resident’s insurance. Oak Side Haven does not provide or bill for medical services but supports coordination to ensure continuity of care. Oak Side Haven partners with Wade’s Care First to offer residents access to independent nurse practitioner services billed directly through insurance. This ensures professional medical oversight while maintaining a residential, non-medical care environment.

Medical services are optional and provided by an independent healthcare provider.
